After placing an order, you will receive an SMS over the next few days confirming the delivery date and time slot information. The usual delivery time frame is as per above. If you purchased an item that is back-ordered, you will receive your delivery confirmation once the product is back in stock and ready to be shipped to you.

* Lead time is only applicable to products that are currently in stock.
* Lead time is dependent on the availability of the logistics team, and the number of orders per day.
* “Working Days” is defined as Monday to Saturday. We do not operate on Sunday.

1. After placing your order, our team will be contacting you via phone to schedule a suitable delivery date & time. A delivery time range will be provided, and we do not deliver by a specific time slot to reduce overall operating costs, so as to provide our customers with better pricing.

2. If we are not able to reach you via phone, we will drop you an email. If there are no replies from our email within 48 hours, we will place the delivery on hold and wait for you to reach us. State your order number when contacting us.

3. In the event where there is no lift at your premises, there will be a no-life access charge of $10 per table per floor.

4. If you are not present at the delivery site during the arranged delivery schedule, a re-delivery charge of $50 will be imposed for the next delivery. Subsequent delivery failure will follow the same re-delivery charge.

5. If you have not opted for an on-site assembly service, you will be delivered a flat-pack* and will be assembling the products yourself with our manual or online guide.

6. Should you require on-site assembly after delivery, an ad-hoc assembly charge will be imposed.

   1. Transportation (one-time): $30​

   2. On-Site Installation Per DESKSTORY: $80

   3. On-Site Installation Per ERGOPOD: $350

7. In reference to #6, the installation will not be on the same day as the delivery date (if earlier on-site assembly was not booked).

8. If multiple locations is requested, an additional charge will be imposed per location.
